A Blended-Learning Online Classroom

The online courses are offered in webinar format through blended learning with an experienced Six Sigma instructor in a virtual classroom session.  The course pack also includes:

  • 90 days of e-learning access for all classroom participants
  • A Six Sigma Green Belt handbook
  • Illustrated examples taken from various industries
  • Quizzes at the end of each chapter
  • A Six Sigma Green Belt Certification exam offered online at no extra cost to be taken within 90 days from the date of training
  • 24 PDUs with Certificates provided to all Registrants upon completion of the Program
  • Continued support via e-mail, chat and telephone

Accredited Certification

The courses are accredited by the International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) and participants finish with a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.  Successful completion of the course gives participants:

  • Understanding of Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology
  • Understanding of their role in successful deployment
  • Understanding how to develop a strategy for a Six Sigma approach
  • Knowledge on applying the DMAIC process to business issues
  • The ability to identify the voice of customers, their requirements and their needs
