Altium Designer 18
Designer 18 also includes updates to ActiveRoute, a user-guided routing engine that supports length tuning and pin-swapping, enabling users to produce reliable routes. In addition, the ACTIVEBOM editor features several enhancements including a BoM rule checker that allows designers to verify each BoM line item.

Cadence PCI Express 5.0 Verification IP
The VIP with TripleCheck technology is part of the Cadence Verification Suite and is optimized for Xcelium Parallel Logic Simulation, along with supported third-party simulators. The PCIe 5.0 VIP supports the company’s System Design Enablement method, which helps system and semiconductor companies create complete and differentiated end products more efficiently.
Additional technical specifications are available on Cadence’s website.
Dassault IMSE Process
TactoTek’s IMSE solutions integrate printed electronics including circuitry, touch controls and antennas, with electronic components such as LEDs for illumination, into 3D injection molded structures. IMSE parts are light and can be thinner than 2 mm. Meanwhile, electronics are protected because they are encapsulated in injection molded plastics.
Using the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as a foundation for IMSE-specific engineering processes, designers and engineers can digitally create, simulate and test the real-world behavior of IMSE parts in a collaborative 3D environment, and benefit from validated IMSE design know-how.

Solido PVTMC Verifier
PVTMC Verifier simulates the combinatorial space of process variation and operating conditions together, taking into account interactions between statistical variation and PVTs to ensure that the true worst-case performance conditions are identified. It is also more than 100x faster than the equivalent brute force verification, enabling full coverage of all PVT and statistical conditions.
Information concerning pricing and availability can be found on Solido’s website.
Zuken PCB Parts Libraries
Engineers and PCB designers can access components by utilizing SamacSys’ Electronic Component Search Engine (containing more than 11 million components), click to download and import the component into the CR-8000 environment. When a component is not available within the library, SamacSys’ PCB Library Wizard allows users to create their own IPC-compliant components for download. Alternatively, SamacSys offers a free part creation service, with 80% of new parts requests fulfilled within 24 hours.
