Amphenol has released several products for the industrial lighting sector. Anytek, for instance, provides three fixed-type series terminal blocks used in LED lighting and lighting control applications, including HB series, HC series and NQ series.

Amphenol LTW (ALTW), on the other hand, has a range of connector series, including X-Lok (push lock and blind mate) with extended options in screw-in termination, HS-Lok (push-pull and blind mate), circular lock bayonet and threaded connectors.

INSPECTIS launched its HD-028-L X-Y Floating Board with a position locking mechanism. The HD-028-L provides smooth lateral movement of inspection objects, such as SMT PCBs or medical devices, under a microscope or video microscope inspection system. The mechanical position locking mechanism provides increased stability by preventing accidental movement of the part or floating table during examination.

Littelfuse introduced its Heavy Duty Time Delay Bi-Stable Relay, which disconnects a battery from the vehicle electrical system with voltage self-recognition. It has immediate switch ON, controlled switch OFF, programmable delay time and service state managing—service switch OFF and switch ON. The device also has a non-volatile memory, low battery alert system and is thermal protected.

Master Bond Epoxy Meets NASA Low Outgassing Specifications

EP17HTND-CCM epoxy. (Image courtesy of Master Bond.)

Master Bond has developed the EP17HTND-CCM, a single component epoxy that is not premixed and frozen. It is easier to handle, apply and store than typical two-component glob top systems. This black, heat-curable compound has a flowable paste consistency ideal for glob top, chip coating and bonding applications.

EP17HTND-CCM meets NASA low outgassing specifications and is serviceable from -62°C to +316°C. This adhesive forms high strength bonds to various similar/dissimilar substrates such as metals, ceramics, plastics, composites and circuit board materials.

TopLine Jumper Components

TopLine unveiled its near zero-ohm SOT23 jumper components that short out PCB circuitry without the need to redesign or spin new boards.

The jumper components are available in a range of outlines and connect (short-out) specific pins together with less than 50 milli-ohms resistance. Pin 1 is shorted to Pin 3, and another configuration shorts Pin 2 to Pin 3. One version has Pin 1, Pin 2 and Pin 3 all shorted together. They withstand 75VDC at 100mA with 350mW power dissipation and operate at temperature ranges from -65⁰C to +150⁰C.
