Planning and commissioning robotic automation for a specific process is challenging, so it can be very useful to take a closer look at the demonstrations set up by vendors at major trade shows.
In this cell set up by Kawasaki Robotics, two RS07 six axis arms handle small gears, picking them up from a conveyor and deburring them on mounted spindles. One significant feature of this cell is the small footprint. Kawasaki Robotics offers the F60 controller, which is designed to reduce the need for a large control cabinet with every robot.
The RS07 robots are also equipped with an anti vibration control system, enabling them to move faster with higher repeatability at each point. Watch the video to learn more about this workcell.
