Rumors suggest NVIDIA will be releasing at least three new Turing-based GTX series graphics cards: the GTX 1650, GTX 1660 and the GTX 1660 Ti. According to earlier rumors, the GTX 1660 Ti, which is set to rival the AMD Radeon RX 590, will be similar to the TU116 GPU and come with the 1536 CUDA cores as well as six gigabytes of GDDR6 memory.
The release for the GTX 1660Ti is set for Feb. 15 and is set to cost anywhere from $279 to $299.
In March, the company will release the replacement of the GTX 1060 – the GTX 1660. It’s believed it could have the same amount of CUDA cores, 1280 and become equipped with either 3GB or 6GB of GDDR5 memory. It’s believed the price will be around $229 although higher would not be out of the question.
The rumor about the GTX 1650 is that the entry-to-mid level GTX series graphics card will launch right before April and cost $179.
Will these graphics cards resemble the Turing GPUs or a rebrand of the lineup that’s already out? Whatever the case may be, the reality is that Nvidia is working to upgrade its graphics cards line by the first of April.
