Todd’s engineering background is in systems design with functional engineering with a strong vision for digital transformation. His aerospace leadership career spans McDonnell Douglas/Boeing, Moog Aircraft, Raytheon, and Siemens. His experience encompasses all aspects of A&D programs, including design, model-based systems engineering, software engineering, lean product development, supplier/partner management and program management. 

Nand Kochhar, Vice President of Automotive and Transportation Industry Strategy,  Siemens Digital Industries Software:

Nand joined Siemens in 2020 after nearly 30 years with Ford Motor Company, where he most recently served as Global Safety Systems Chief Engineer.  He also served as Executive Technical Leader, CAE, and as a member of Ford’s Technology Advisory Board. Kochhar’s tenure at Ford also included executive engineering leadership across a range of disciplines including in product development, manufacturing, digitalization, simulation technology development and implementation.  

Mark Malinoski, WW Director of MBSE, Electronics Design Automation Industry, Siemens Digital Industries Software: 

Mark joined Siemens in 2019 with 40 years’ experience in the electronic design automation industry, focusing on semiconductors.  He’s managed product teams within industry leading companies; Advantest, Cohu and Schlumberger. He holds 7 patents  and over the past 5 years, Mark has focused on EDA industry’s adoption of Systems Engineering with model-based tools and methodologies.  He represents Siemens EDA in the SysML V2 standard development and guides Siemens EDA’s planning for SysML V2 adoption. 

Donald Tolle, Director, Systems Engineering & Simulation Consulting Practice, CIMdata: 

Don is an internationally recognized authority on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Don has over 40 years of PLM and CAE/CAT industry experience and has used this hands-on knowledge of industry requirements and technology gaps to guide the development of next-generation tools and processes at SDRC Engineering Services, UGS/Siemens PLM and Comet Solutions. His current area of focus centers on the linkage between the disparate, “loosely connected” disciplines in systems/conceptual engineering with multi-disciplinary performance simulation and V&V processes, based on robust, multi-fidelity model-based engineering methodologies.
