RAPID+TCT 2023: Nexa3D Presents Fast Photocured Resin System

Photocuring of liquid polymers was one of the first additive technologies and for many applications, it’s still ideal. The key is highly directed light of a controlled wavelength, and lasers have been developed for this purpose. Nexa3D has developed an LED driven process called lubricant sublayer photocuring that promises higher, production speed with good part detail. Lewis Simms explains the technology to engineering.com.
