Designed by Hao Tian, Huang Haiyang, and Shi Jianwei, the PH Conditioner is a proposed floating structure meant to clean China's polluted air. Kept aloft by hydrogen gas the jellyfish like structures would float 600 feet in the air capturing acidic fog and purifying it into water and chemical fertilizers.
