Kühling & Kühling 3D Printer Accepting Pre-Orders

The Kühling & Kühling RepRap 3D printer is nearly ready to ship, and the company has announced that they’re taking pre-orders.

Since the moment I first heard about the Kühling & Kühling 3D printer, I’ve been excited about its eventual release. Unlike most RepRap 3D printers, the Kühling & Kühling solved many problems that hinder the performance of DIY 3D printers by introducing a host of features that you only find in expensive commercial printers.  Principle among these features were the heated chamber, heated print bed and dual extruder nozzles.

Over at their website, Jonas and Simon Kühling, creators of the printer, have set up a pre-order page where you have the opportunity to buy this 3D printer for a special introductory price. For the seemingly steep sum of € 4,153 ($5,410), you can own your own Kühling & Kühling 3D printer, but you had better hurry, after May 26th, the special introductory price will vanish, and you’ll have to shell out €4,748 ($6,185) for the machine.
