are aiding the transition to up-front design, Jim argues that corporate culture isn't there yet. With the uppercut blow, Jim quotes another infamous Tech4PD analyst restating that experts are required for simulation. How will experts transition to the upfront design phase?
Although moving engineering before detailed design is imperative (read Matthew's articles on engineering before design), doing so is not necessarily limited by software tools, but rather by corporate culture. I know how I vote.
