In one of the most ambitious project I’ve seen in a while, car enthusiast Ivan Sentch is 3D Printing a replica Aston Martin DB4.
Every morning and evening for the past 7 months Ivan has been printing 4x4” sections of his DB4’s body on his Solidoodle 3D printer. Now that the project is well underway a majority of the cars frame and doors have been printed and pieced together. Needless to say, the results are astounding.
While I’m not sure Ivan’s car will ever be road ready, it stands as a testament to how awesome 3D printing can be, and more importantly, what some hard work, dedication and imagination can create. Awesome job, Ivan!
