Altium has released the next version of its flagship product, Altium Design 14. Many new features and improvements have been added, but main key features include:
- Flex and Rigid-Flex PCB Design
- Embedded PCB Components
- Advanced Layer Stack Management
- Improved ECAD & MCAD Interoperability
I would have to agree with some of the early reviewers and long time users of Altium Design. I don't even do PCB design but Rigid-Flex Design seems like the "coolest new feature" in Altium Design.
