GrabCAD Gets a Little Prettier

Let's face it, people's tastes are getting pickier.  No longer are designers, engineers, managers, or customers satisfied with a flat shaded solid model.  They expect to be looking at a realistic rendering of the final product.

Recognizing this trend, GrabCAD has continually made the process easier.  Beginning with its Keyshot integration from the GrabCAD Workbench and continuing with its latest announcement with Lagoa, GrabCAD is dominating the rendering world by providing cloud-based rendering from the GrabCAD Toolbox.

Toolbox is a collection of third party applications within the GrabCAD Workbench.  Lagoa is the newest tool within the collection.  With no upfront costs, only a monthly licensing fee after the free trial period, Lagoa is easy to access from Workbench.

  • Sign into Workbench.
  • Select a file and send it to Lagoa.
  • Render.
  • Wait a few seconds.
