After a while, I was promoted to associate partner in a reputable engineering firm at the age of 27. It was like a dream come true. My employer recognized my unique skill sets and asked me to train other engineers to develop these skills. This however, led me to my ultimate goal of helping out other engineers who are struggling like I did before I became a partner. To do this, I stepped out of my comfort zone, and pursued a career to inspire and help more engineers out there.
